Many students are not aware about their real strengths and weaknesses. They do not know what career pathways their aptitudes might support.

There are factors which impact their career choice. For example, their ability to work on a computer for long hours; or their choice to work alone rather than in groups; would impact the choices they make about their future career.

Their actual interest level in a particular field or phenomena may not be in synchronization with their aptitudes or basic nature.

To give the students a deeper insight into the questions they have, to help them better plan their future and to actually use their attributes well in selection of the course/programme,

we work on a research based exercise by a very systematically prepared computer-based Career Aptitude Psychometric Test with a view to answer all their queries.
